Confluence,

Where do I go to buy some of that Canabrava stock for $.75. Seems like the little retail investor is getting screwed again. I'll bet you the insiders just got to load up. I wasn't quick enough today.

SWG sold 3 million shares at $0.75, 11% of the company, to buy the same amount at $.80. OK, the
buyer must be someone important to get a discount from the PP, but if SWG was better off doing the
PP, why wouldn't the buyer have simply done the PP?

The private placee (SWG) will receive an additional 1.5 million warrants to purchase another share of CNB at $1.40 at any time over a two year period. I see this as bullish but then SWG has always maintained their optimism through their actions (first by holding 50% of CNB, then taking 5 million shares at a premium price of $1.00 to settle CNB debt effectively increasing their holding to almost 60%, and now this.)

The big players are getting positioned IMO. The companies involved have been suspiciously quiet about these projects but these recent events speak volumes.

As much as I don't want to repeat it for fear of sounding like a fool (which I'm good at)...the time is near.

Good luck to all.
