Malone can acquire up to 25% of ACTV.
ACTV does not belong to Malone.
Malone will use ACTV's technology across its operations.

When you list the names involved, you immediately realize it
constitutes a huge market for ACTV.

Finally, as a matter of facts, Malone built TCI from almost nothing
to a cable giant in a short period of time.
As opposed to RNWK, TCI is a company with tangible assets, and huge
profits. The fact that he knows all the tricks in the industry is
only a positive point for his business partners. ;-)
