KLOC was a momentum trade, a backdoor, a mother company. I personally was in it for the IPO hype. I'll get back in B4 "Search" trades. I made a 68% return in one account and 136% in another in less than three months. I feel pretty good about that. I think others have done as well or better. Regards

American, you addressed your note to the lovely Annette but I was the one who bot those dogs. Agree with all you said. <KLOC> will still run 50% to 100% as they approach the IPO. Its a no-brainer (my speciality). Only trick is entry point. I pick up a few shares on each dip. Bot some more today. Has worked like a charm with <NAVR>
Also agree <BKS> is the cream of the field. A real company with earnings and everything. but won't get as much bang out of the spinoff, percentage wise, as <KLOC> or <NAVR> or <PTEK> IMMHO
