Granted. But if you think of the call center as the hub of customer contact and you think of the network and internet as converging with the call center, there is a clear path for Lucent or Cisco to focus their efforts there. Did you notcie CSCO bought Geotel this week? Did you see how they positioned the purchase? Call centers and CRM are very closely related.
