As much as I'd like to see this stock rise so I might get a positive return, I have to say this:

This is the most hyped, most nebulous, most pathetic concern I have ever owned. I wish I had bailed at 12 this morning, but I wish even more that I'd never gotten in.

I guess there are a bunch of issues like PTET. I guess it is okay these days to play games with things like rumors versus things like earnings. And I have no room to whine, I bought just a tiny parcel that, even after today remains modestly profitable.

But, come on. This stock went through a 52-week range in a day. The average long holds for something like 15 minutes, the short sells and buys so fast it is hard to figure out who is laughing harder, the commissioned broker or the skimming, scheming market maker.

To find a certain stench, one needs look no further than this discussion group. Posts of a - trust me - big, big, big announcement, followed by a ho-hum announcement, followed by a plunge. Can you say pump and dump?

Aside from BIG NEWS that makes this company RIPE can anyone actually post something NOT IN ALL CAPS that is a reasonable hope for upward movement?

I anxiously await a response.

- Don

I own PTET and MSFT. A bad day for majority of Nasdaq stocks yesterday. I think we'll see a big rebound today. I would have liked to have sold off PTET yesterday morning and doubled my money, but being at work I wasn't able to react in time. I'm still long and positive on the company.
