at this point, neither. i have enough erp companies for my clients risk level, with IMIC being just the latest stock I've purchased in this sector. i DO think it's a steal at these levels and the more you see ITWO's price strengthen, the greater likelihood for a buyout. i think we'll see more consolidation of niche players like IMIC. Both I2 and SAP should have some interest in acquiring... if nothing else, maybe managment will take it private. however, if the latter happens, i'm not sure how much of a premium we'll see. if i didn't own it, i'd be buying. i don't have a full position, but with the other erp sware companies i have, it's enough... if i sell one of the others, i'll probably take a serious look at rotating the cash into IMIC.
