Carl, a theory regarding AENTV silence. Since AXC intends to keep the operations of AENTV and TVW separate, perhaps the strategy is to develop the story around one operation at a time. If, as many assume, both are on a path to an IPO, then why push both at the same time and risk having them cannibalize each other, or perhaps even worse, have them linked too closely together. Just IMHO, but that has been my assumption and it makes sense to me.

<<. I didn't expect anything from Reiter since I think they just bought them as a convenient way of acquiring web hosting knowledge, not as a real business that they intended to be a critical part of their future.>>

Carl, was told by a pretty reliable source who had spoken with them ( I think its Ok for me to repeat this) that Reiter's had record sales in March ....growing briskly ( albeit from a low level )...and does work for Sunoco and Smith Kline among many others. Also ... in time - if equity market enthusiasm and/or cash allow...I think there are likely to be several other partial acquisitions. The holding company strategy just beginning to flesh out. Also would like to make the point that it has just been in this week's surge that AXC has surpassed 300 million in capitalization, which is the lower end cutoff for many small cap funds. Many consider any company below that as a microcap - not suitable for investment.
Me, I think AXC has a sexy story that has really only begun to hit the airwaves. Always a gamble ...and have no idea what the final destination will be .....but like the odds ( and value) of "up from here".
