<<I am quite comfortable waiting to see how this is resolved.>>

In your little mind only..

Well, we can agree that we are each comfortable...with our chosen positions. I'm long this stock.

And by now I'm comfortable with Lev's rather low-key announcements. This company is clearly NOT hyping itself, by putting out PR at every twist and turn. That's another thing Lev said they would not do. Eventually the street becomes numb to such announcements.

But to your other concern, the announcement of the acceptance and placement of the product is more likely to be determined by the final customer rather than Valence.

Would I like to hear more? Sure! I'd love to be a fly on Lev's wall for a day, as would others here (Kai?!). But I do not believe we're in imminent financial danger, so I don't need to be told how they're paying the bills this month. We all expect that loan to be tapped, it doesn't need a PR. While the news would elevate the shareprice a bit for a while, it wouldn't be a 'real' effect...in the end, we only care to count the batteries out the door. And that's all that will raise the price to a level to then do the kind of financing all longs would prefer to hear about, the kind Lev hinted at during the shareholders meeting. ;-)

<<Surely they know there is a great deal of uncertainty concerning the liquidity of this company.>>
Does a $184M market cap answer your question? Doesn't sound uncertain to me!
