I am not sure if you got the right symbol, but if you are referring to Signature Brands that has $2mm in cash and 22.6mm shares outstanding, this would amount to over $900,000,000 !!!

Let's get serious here....

The halt in trading was totally unwarranted, for an AltaVista CANADA and Billboard.com agreement! No revenue or profit figures were advanced. Sounds like simple name-dropping like many firms make ridiculous use of the Microsoft name. Thousands of companies deal in one way or another with Microsoft.

$40? Retailers trade at low multiples, and though this has an Internet component, it's not a pure play. How do you get $40? SBX will end up with only 10% of the resulting company.

I mean, I'm invested here, too, but we have to be realistic.
