Mark, those Congressional cheese eaters are a dime a dozen. Was this wingbat from Nevada by chance. Internet Gambling is already illegal technically it is an "interstate" (read "federal jurisdiction") and the AG has already read the riot act, so to speak. This is why the major gaming companies haven't --Wynn, Trump etc -- haven't got in the business. The problem is that enforcement is a bit of problem and, if they were to make an issue of it and lose, it might open the floodgates. Now, on another matter -- I guess Leroy has finally blown off all his stock.
