Hi Lost1 again...the Internut sector and the issues there in definately have a differant standard of valueations and expectations that those traditionally thought of for most other issues...Kind of like some to the Techs(high PE's) versas the broad average valuation... As to a Bullish % reaching 99+ Anything is possible, but to reach that level would take 99 stocks out of every 100 to be on a buy signal I think, in the sector....I think the likelyhood of this is rather small.... As far as the highest % ever attained historically...a good question for Tom Later Preston
