As far as Intel is concerned, the only negative effect will be that Serb citizens won't be buying the pc's that they would have been.

Big deal.

By the way, high-end CPUs/PCs are now moving from the non-essential to the essential category in most businesses - at least those that are determined to survive and grow.

Perhaps, you'd better rethink your position.
