As positive as this article is, the 'inet' impact is not reflected in the current price. ONE appears to be on the ground floor of both billing and online banking. I hoped it would react like the online brokerage issues. It may take more time or may fade with the tech migration into cyclicals.

Bank One got a +ve plug on MSNBC today. The analyst feels it is seriously undervalued and a good buy currently.
