Let me know if it comes up to your old pentium in performance.

Interestingly, Linux on a Pentium runs 4.5 times faster in process speed than Windows 95 or 98 on the same machine. This is by independent industry test circa 1996.

Mitch, what are the specks on the 19" monitor. I assume it's fixed frequency. With multidisplay X the second and third and ... monitors only come up when X starts. The fixed frequency monitor can make a good cheap 2nd on a multidisplay.
