Let's see that is insiders filing 144's to sell 1,108,620 shares since January 1, 1999. Prior to the change to e auction company from paint ball marketer. Interesting that 400,000 shares were 144'd one week ago prior to run up. Guess what those shares are being sold by insiders. Why isn't the company going to go to the moon and split 50 times prior to opening with no customers or revenues. Is the writing getting clearer. This is due diligence. Any more out there would be appreciated. By the way in all of 1998 only 183,333 shares from insiders were sold. Coincidence or not? Make your decision. The insiders in ECEC have. Why not they used to sell paintballs at a loss before trying to establish themselves as another e auction house. As Steve Miller would say "Come on Take the money and Run"
