eDIG has contracts with Lanier for over 10M this year alone. First product due to ship within 3-4 weeks. This contract alone will make them profitable. That is only a small part of the picture, although the market for Lanier's cQuence Mobile hand held recorder is in the hundreds of millions of $$$. It's their OS that makes them so valuable. Can you say M$FT in their niche??? This will fly, I don't see any major pullbacks. Oh, and BTW, the MicroOS, which is fully patented, can run atop WindowsCE as a device driver.
