Weby,

Lotsa dots out there. Tons of them. It's starting to look like a remake of the 101 Dalmations.

The only problem with all those dots is that, unless they're numbered, you can draw anything you want with them.

Tony, trying to number the dots...

Weby and all:

I believe it is good news that William Morris Agency has remained in a Wave connection, but just to keep things in perspective, they were not part of the recent 23MM private placement and their ownership of the 150,000 shares of WAVX noted in the list of "Selling Security Holders" whose stock is registered by the S-1 comes from their payment with stock for prior services rendered.

The note to their listing in the S-1 is as follows (Page 51):

> > >8) Includes 150,000 shares issued to William Morris Agency, Inc. as payment for investor relations and consulting services rendered during 1998. < < <

All of that said, the willingness of the company to have its name associated with Wave and their willingness to accept stock as part of their payment for services rendered, is a major plus, and their high profile identity is certain to achieve notice for Wave in a positive way in the media/entertainment worlds.

Also, IMHO that the existence of their prior relationship with Wave coupled with their more current provision of 1998 services, is a good indication of continuing confidence in the company.
