Hi Marc, Been to your bank branch, or ATM lately. Service sucks there too. Long lineups, huge charges, broken down equipment, etc, etc. The staff are not happy either. They wonder if they will have a job next week The customer is the last thing on the bank bureaucrats mind. We are necessary evils to shuffle under the safe with the rest of the dust and dirt. All they must do is meet the budget to get a big raise, bonus or stock option,... while the rest of us get nothing but higher charges and crap service. Never should have let them buy out the brokerages. All this and as you say, the biggest profits ever. Time the piper came to town, russett
