Did I successfully fill in the "blank vote" with my post? Some elements within your plan are in essence obviously largely agreed to by most of us already. Other parts I believe are rooted in false assumptions. Some advice offered in your plan is moot by virtue of DCHT already having acted differently and more effectively I think, on the area in question. Some advice you offer in your plan may be moot as concerns the future value of DCHT shares, by virtue of it simply not being at all necessary to maintain credibility. See my post #1110. Dan B
