I think this is what he was saying. He did say that K6-III, should become the "main stream" CPU few quarters from now. He then said K62 could be targeted towards "other markets requiring an inexpensive windows compatible CPU" such as appliances and other electronics. He was very clear that there are no definite plans to manufacture K62 on 0.18.

Guess hundreds of thousands don't really translate into more than 10% of the 5 million total CPU's planned for Q2.

400,000 would be less than 10%. 600,000 would be more than 10%.
