Gary - <What I really want to know is how successful the copper process is> If you are referring to how manufacturable a copper process is in volume, and at what net performance result, it appears that it still pretty early in the life of the technology to make a good judgment. Actually, as far as gauging the success of a Cu process, AMD Dresden may be the first good data point across the industry for high volume .18 Cu interconnect processing. Yousef, Kash, et al, may know more on this. PB
