Hi Helge:

You would have to get the most recent number of shares outstanding from the company in order to figure out the current market cap. The last posted figure I saw was over 51 million shares. That was at the end of September, 1998. I think it is safe to assume it is higher now..:-)

In November, Rich posted that the company was negotiating to settle about $860,000 in debt through debt for equity transactions at $.15 per share. I don't know if that has occurred, but if so, that would add another almost 6 million shares.

There were also over 17 million warrants that were convertible at $.15. I don't know if any of those have been converted yet.
