which one of the three could you recommend to us, and why? I am with E*Trade and not very happy. But reading through the various threads I am still wondering who is better. Thank you. They're all different. I'm getting ready to switch to Dreyfus in fact. Ameritrade is OK....only because I'm on a T1 most of the time....National Discount actually seems a little faster...but they're way overpriced on options....and Scottsdale is VERY cheap.....and fairly good.....they're a lot better on the phone than Ameritrade....they answer quickly
