I don't think CNNfn is a buyer of some of 11M share. CNNfn invest the money in equity of PQT. Thus, PQT will issue more shares for cnnfn. However, cnnfn WILL NOT sell because of their partnership. The good thing is that PQT doesn't need more financing near term for the growth of the internet division. It would translate into that they might not spin off the internet division until they need more money for further expansion. That is the time when PQT spin off the internet division. I hope it will come soon. Personally, I would think that it might happen in the late second or early third quarter after PQT has one profitable quater. I don't see any down turn below 10 and we may have a trading range between 10 and 20 untill spinoff. GO PQT!
