Don as CEO of the Company should be able to get a listing from the transfer agent whom they employ to handle the issuance of the shares, the exact number owned by any one entity at a given point in time.

As a shareholder, or even non-shareholder, anyone may also be able to get a name and address listing, but probably without shares owned, so as to make a tender offer, submit a new slate of directors, etc. This is done all the time by groups who are opposing management. Where do they get their list of who to mail correspondence to? Probably the transfer agent?
