Don, John, T-Man, etc: I've learned so much about BBs in the last 2 years - more than I think I wanted to know. Two important events have transpired in that time. The first event occurred in my head. I learned the value of my investment being (or becoming) a reporting company. The second event is more universal - that the SEC has now raised the bar on companies so as to allow only the strongest to survive in the public trading arena. Michael Sheppard was asked the question (to paraphrase) whether FNTN is still a high-risk company. He accurately and honestly answered, yes. Yet something has changed even if Michael can't admit it. Although reporting is not the final hurdle to solvency, it is a major step and brings with it a validation of FNTN as a company that is seriously pursuing a future. I recently invested in an upcoming IPO for a health products company. In the process, I learned a little bit about the reporting procedure. For one thing, to go public, they have to come out as a reporting company. That fact, as much as their concept and management, is what convinced me to invest in them. The SEC has made it a long and intense test for any filing company - and just to take the test cost them approximately $150,000 in various fees. Simply put, the system has raised the bar and is shutting down the weak, and the fraudulent. Michael Sheppard's news of an upcoming reporting announcement on or before the end of this quarter tells us that FNTN is taking that expensive and difficult test - and is about to receive a passing grade. Hence, my flippant prediction of 3 dollars by April 28th may not be so far-fetched, and if the prediction comes to pass, perhaps it will have been a no-brainer all along. Some savvy institutional investors will also see it coming and will buy in to FNTN before the official reporting announcement is made - because by then it will be too late. So when does a major investor start to accumulate? My guess is now - and in modest quantities. I expect to see a slow and steady build-up of days with strong buys-over-sells. I also expect to see a return of heavy MM manipulation and therefore the potential of a few more radical swings in price. Some of us have seen this plot unfold before. Now that we've gotten a peak at a happy ending, maybe we can finally sit back and enjoy the popcorn. I may even buy another box or two. regards, Wally
