Hi Lucky,

I have done my due diligence, but it is too long to write it here. But there is a great summary of DD by Keith Massey, I believe dated around 6-8 April. It is on this thread. Please read them. Some people thought that Keith was promoting the stock. I really don't care about Keith's motives, but everything he wrote were FACTS. Read them , and it is upto you to make a judgement..

WEhen I look at the stock, it is often more important, what insiders and others doing. Last year another hi-tech company called SLM wanted to take over ANC at 24 cents, which was rejected by the sahareholders. ANC is in muchbetter shape than at the time of that buyout attemp. If another company is willing to pay 24 cents for a then troubled company, you judge yourself how much ANC is worth with after they start making profits ( which they already started, although we have to wait for the continuation of the trend)...

Also , as Keith mentioned in one of his posts, why are the insiders buying millions of shares, if they do not know whaht the future would be for their company...

So, few things to think about.. As for the current price, and what is holding it down ; I have my opinions on this, which I don't want to go in detail. But for those of you who wre not familiar with what happened last year just before teh take over attemp by SLM, let me remind it ; Few days or weeks before the SLM take over attempt, the shares were trading at about 20-22 cents, until all of a sudden someone got in and sold huge volumes to the market, bringing the stock to 9-11 cents, and incrediblly COINCIDENTALLY, acompany called SLM made an offer to buy ANC at 12 CENTS.. yes 12 cents only...Of course this did not fly, and the offer was raised to 24 cents whicj was rejected once again. But the most interesting thing was that ; It was discoved that it was SLM WHO WAS SELLING ANC SHARES at 9-11 cents, before announcing their offer.. That is what I remeber was written in the media...

Soooo, who knows what is happening now.....?????????
