Stu, Where did the $8,000,000 come from. I haven't seen anything posted on the newswires. Confirm your source otherwise it is all speculation on your part. Nothing on the news wires. How can you say 1.1 million shares which is 10% of the total outstanding shares is not significant. Bill Gates selling MSFT isn't even a good comparison. Do you know how many shares of MFST is outstanding. His selling is peanuts to the big picture. It definitely isn't a single percentage point. Insiders selling 10% at ECEC is significant. Where is the financing from. Please tell.
