Mark: Glad to see that this thread has been getting some action. The Yahoo thread exploded yesterday. I have the same opinion on NTST as you. When they were acquiring all those contracts last year I bought in and have been sitting tight ever since. Investors that got in before pre split had an opportunity to exit last November when this stock hit 6 then. I believe some are leaving just because this is a boring stock and the earnings release was their exit point whether they would have been good or bad. I am holding and will be for a while. André
