Actually I see this thread was started by 'Abner Hosmer' unless Tom has since changed his name? You're right in that there are fairly broad terms of reference re POG - and I agree that the war could be inflationary - but saw also that the war has only had a miniscule effect on NATO missile stocks. But there are certain topics where people's politics are all that shows. This is a bloody mess no doubt - but there must be threads where all of this can be vented. In essense POG is not impacted by this - yet? But just my ESHO dd
