jjs64, How crazy. I ran a search for a SI board on ASMC and got nil. Oh well, thanks for the 411 on this board, and for your informative posts. Im curious, are you shorting ASMC here?

I just called the company. I spoke with one of the senior officers. What he explained is this: the recent registration statement is for an Employee Incentive Stock Option Plan. He said 1) no options have been granted to date; 2) any options to be granted would be to employees or consultants as part of a long-term compensation plan; and 3) this registration is not to allow the sale of any previously owned shares, insiders or otherwise. He also pointed out that such incentive stock option plans are standard procedure for virtually every public company. Check out AMZN, MSFT or any other. Why don't you shorters get the correct info before spreading false allegations, okay? -Beta.
