Director, I don't disagree with anything you are saying about the products and their potential. But don't you agree that the whole thing is meaningless if they aren't listed on NASDAQ. The U.S. market, not the Canadian, is what will take this company to where we think it should be. The good Canadian companies can't wait to get NASDAQ.

And I'm not sure that this is the priority with this management. It seems they are happy just to have made it through Q1. There is nothing feeding off of this news. They supposedly had been meeting with investment firms and mutual funds since last fall to get their story out and if thing were going good, we would see them start to jump in. Nothing has happened and the news couldn't have been better. It just seems like there is another agenda or no agenda.

But, hopefully this situation will be addressed by management quickly and it will end my(our) fears. Why don't we both contact them over the next few days or next week and then report back? I've been meaning to do it anyway. Then we will have a better idea of their plans or lack thereof.
