provements'
in Fourth Quarter Operations, Revenues
TORONTO, April 15 /CNW/ -- Microforum (Toronto: MCF) Chief
Financial Officer Frank DiPaolo told StockHouse.com, in a front
page headline interview, that the company is "expecting a
significant improvement in our fourth quarter results."
DiPaolo also told StockHouse about the company's plans to
pursue a Nasdaq listing. "We've talked with houses down there
and we're achieving increased awareness and sensitivity to our
stock. We haven't aligned ourselves with any one brokerage
(firm). There's a number of firms that like it (our story)."
DiPaolo added, "The next stage is certainly positioning
ourselves to go on Nasdaq."
That may help explain the recent rise in Microforum's share
price. Another may be that Microforum's revenues are
increasing. DiPaolo told StockHouse, "Our revenues are going
according to plan. They have been increasing." Asked about Q4
expenses, DiPaolo said, "We expect those expenses will go down
significantly relative to our last quarter."
The online interview will be available at 10:00am EST, on
