OK - I'm viewing this as one of SEPR's unexplained drops. I added to my position with some LEAPS when the stock was in the 97 range.

You have to remember we ran up with essentially no new news - it was more a case of a bigger audience rather than real news.

There could of course be some lurking bad news that we don't know about - e.g., the Allegra interference might be turning out adversely, or ditto for the FTC investigation, although I think that is very unlikely. The Xopenex label wasn't quite as good as I had hoped, and that might be part of the reason for the weakness.

More likely, the increased near-term spending and the delay in the Xopenex roll-out is causing jitters in someone's earnings model. The weakness today in the big drug stocks isn't helping either.

Mazen,
Are you kidding ? I don't have a towel left to throw.
Exchanged 2000 shares for 50 calls at around 90.5. Got the lowest price for ZQTAH and ZQTAI for the day, so far.
Is there a law that says you go to jail if you lost the tax due on the capital gain ?
