There would appear to be some problems with the valuations of the auction stocks. UBID as a whole was valued higher than its parent company which owned 80%? The math didn't/doesn't work.

Good research on my previous posts, by the way. You dig harder and you'll see that on January 27, 1998, I recommended IFM.M at $3.65 and there are plenty more where that came from. Shouldn't you worry when such a respected analyst is trashing bid.com?
