OUCH! all red. VRIO and WEBT looking tempting...but I am waiting a bit

Question: for the stocks I am in - is it a good idea to average down?
I am sitting tight but thinking I can get out sooner when we rebound if I lower my cost basis. Should one wait to see a trend reversal first? Thanks
