Please look at PTEK. I sold my WCAP & SHAL & bought PTEK.

- Here's why:

- PTEK owns piece WebPC; PTEK is WebPC's sole distributor of communications.

- MSFT came out on Tues - after the market - with a $300 mill - 27% of company - tender offer -
news.com

- but few people know about this b/c it was on MSFT's news release; not WebPC's & not PTEK's

- DuPont is investing $200 mill in WebPC

- And if you go to PTEK's 10K on edgar, you'll see what I mean

- PTEK's web site:
webmd.com

- also, my broker is recommending PTEK to me this a.m. - and didn't even know about the MSFT offer

good luck

Please, please, listen......when there is no float in a company you can name the price that you want it to trade at! I'm trying to be nice here, but please don't sit there like a child getting spoon fed. Shal trading at 20 or 30 or 5 means nothing!! Look at the volume for christ sake!!
