Why do you speculate that the stock "should" be at its high?

All bookkeeping entries and other nebulous speculation will lead to
nothing. This stock should at least be at old highs right now.

Proletariat, I agree with you when you say: What the land is worth is = what the market will bear. So far, we have seen that the market will bear $1.76/acre.

I am not sure that bookkeeping entries should be classed as "nebulous speculation". However, I am sure that some day "valuations" will be very relevant to the investment community.

Madera bought the old original land from the Gov of Brazil not a private ownership land deal. Same as buying land from our gov, you can buy it for chump change.
