ditto for me too. Positional shorts are very tricky unless you are
very well capitalized. Even then you have to have some "stop loss".
Of course, this is what drives them up. In other words you know
full well that the thing is going up largely because of short covering
but you cover anyway because it is hard to predict how overpriced something can become before going down again and what other short will
do. Sigh! Carefully chosen daytrades with tight stop losses (<5%)seem a better choice for shorting but not by much.
