In pass few years, this kind of rotation did happens but only in a very short period. If you are long term investor, where you will put you money in? I will bet on high-tech for the high growth rate. I heard someone over Bloomberg radio last night, he said a lot MMs already position themselves weeks ago for tomorrow Option expiration day. I am not a Option expert, but I have been ASND for 2 years, and this kind of option play happens almost 8 out of 10 times. Looking back LU chart, it start rally in June last year from 70's to 100.IMHO, September seems to be way too long to happen.
