Anyone who has received restricted shares must register them. That means anyone.

like I said, it is the ignorance of the most, that makes it difficult for the few, and therein lies the problem.

I didn't say it was an easy one to solve, but it must be addressed or SI will be relegated to second rate.

There are some very serious lurkers on SI, who would never takethe risk or liability to post; but they do read, and that adds to SI's relevance.

It is for thoise lurkers, and of course other responsible and knowledgeable posters, that SI must become more responsible in what they allow to remain for further public consumption.

These guys have made millions; they can surely afford to hire staff to respond and to correct postings that are inaccurate and can be mistaken for fact, thus damaging others.

SI can do it; they just have to be willing to spend the money.

Far better for them to become more widely respected by the regular investment community, than to waste money defending in court, things they easily could have corrected earlier.
