Wade, having watched this one over the last several weeks, it appears that everytime the price drops to a certain level, the size of the bids is almost always larger than the asking size. This always seems to indicate the bottom of the trading range. Today that price level has been around 12 1/4. So far we're looking good. No way to predict the future but barring an overall market correction I don't think we'll see 9 soon (hopefully we won't see that till after a split!)

Wade Spencer Graves:

Any issuance of shares is normally dilutive to the stock price. If this stock is being issued in favor of the debt conversion, then most of the effect from that transaction should have been counted in when the financial data was released. Any further effect will come when the additional shares are sold into the market. Having been purchased at a price of 9 1/2, todays price provides a profit already. If all of the shares were sold into the market at once, then a sustained price decrease would follow and could fall below the 9 1/2 purchase price. I believe the company is too strong for any stock holder to dump all of their shares. Too much future potential.

I'm accumulating again at favorable prices. Just my opinion of course.
