Steve - Speaking of the CEO, I was thinking about the CEO of another company that I put my Mom into a bit over a year ago. The firm is AT&T. It struck me that their ex-CEO had some similarities to EP. Do you remember Richard Allen?? He even looked like EP, kind of had a wooden speaking style, and was a 'play by the rules' AT&T guy. As a result, for years T stock was a dog, and hung around the 30's for a long time. After the Walter disaster, T's board had the guts to say Walter is not the guy, paid him off to go away, and brought Armstrong in from Hughes (prior to Hughes - IBM). At that point it was like that chef on TV, I mean BAM, and T was off to the races. Armstrong literally turned the company on it's head and started all kinds of initiatives to get T moving into the internet age. Look at the stock price today and the difference Armstrong made. CPQ really needs a guy like him....

Regards,
John
