HEC obviously doesn't have as large of a fan base as we would hope. This press release seems like good news long-coming, but no movement yet in the stock (on a day when the XOI index is up over 12 no less). There must be a presumption that HEC is full of hot air most of the time, and not until they produce real numbers in their financial statements will they start to regain interest. Just a thought. Having said all that, I view this as a clear step in the right direction. Bob
