In case my post cause any confusion, I like to make it clear a little bit. Currently, only $2 million perfered shares issued. Those 2 million shares can be convert into 20 million commons at 10 cents each. However, there are 48 million convertable perfered shares can be issued. If that happen, the GSIC common can go to 500 million shares.
Those who know for sure they can get future perfered shares can always set an offshore account now and sell GSIC short whenever it is above 10 cents. This is a sure way for them to make huge profits.
