*OT OT OTScrapps, Thanks for the post.<Warning,Regulation Of Internet Is Creating A Nation of Information "Haves' and ,Have-Nots'> I think they are moving next door to the 'Think' and 'Think-Nots'.<GG> But seriously, think about this. Average time to load a webpage on regulatr dial-up 28k modem- 5 seconds x25 pages/ day=125seconds/ day doing nothing. X365 days a year=45,625/yr. X 80 yr life expectancy= 3,650,000 seconds. When converted to days that equals 42 days out of your life waiting for webpages to load. What a waste of human life!!! I think Congress should pass a law today, for the sake of quality of life in America, for now and forever, giving tax credits to anyone installing DSL or other forms of high speed internet access. It would be for the good of mankind.<gg> What do you think? D.H.
