good evening augie; << Mikie: very interesting that WGAT Red Herring has SRCM lawsuit in the Risk Factors section but, on advice of underwriter's counsel, has said nothing in the Legal Matters section. I guess they feel is not at all consequential. Comments? >> I would guess that Worldgate feels that even when they loose the lawsuit or settle the bottom line is that they will end up liscensing tvguide [newco] technology. They won't be put out of business they'll just pay newco money. Of course, that's just a guess.
