Howard, money is still going into these cyclicals, and several of them have just boomed through a few years of consolidation such as cat, aa, have broken to new all time highs and have no over head of sellers who have been underwater for a long time and have been waiting to bail out of them when they get even.

that's the other side of the coin on them.
