I did note something of interest in the press release:

"The payment of monetary fines and attorneys fees may be
delayed until the bankruptcy filing against LifeOne is dismissed."

Do they know something we don't? Not IF the BK is dismissed but until it is dismissed? Was that a freudian slip? Wishful thinking?

I don't know, but if any of it is true, it sucks. Why would First Madison stick with these guys if it were this bad?
