Gary, There are a few other details to keep in mind. The
IPO should offer up about 1 to 2% of the company. This will
keep the float small and allow a large market cap without the
need to attract billions in real money. The founders should
be allowed register another 2 to 4% which they can move in and
out of margin accounts to conduct periodic short squeezes and
boost volatility.

Now, sell puts, pay your employees primarily in stock options
and you should have a real profit engine.
